Everybody wants to be a DJ , Now you can in this 2 hour Entry Level workshop with DJ Leo, a very experienced DJ with 30 years experience (local and international). Learn to read crowds, work with sound equipment, various DJ controllers, dj software, music libraries, create playlists, counting beats, beat matching, create cue points, looping, etc. Bring a notepad, pen, laptop and dj mixer.

Ideal for students or anybody who would like to learn sound. A 2-hour Entry level hands- on workshop, presented by Eugene Lebreton a very experienced sound engineer. Learn how to identify and understand the various functions of a sound system, setting up equipment, live sound mixing techniques etc, Include light refreshments.

We are very excited to offer our plat du jour ( Gourmet Dish of the Day ) at our evening shows. It could be hearty winter
or chilled summer soups, gazpachos, delicious salads, a cheese or mezze platter, Moroccan beef and date tagine on cous cous,beef, and mushrooms with red wine risotto, vegetarian coq au vin or a creamy chicken stew, or other culinary delights. All meals are
prepared by chef Eugene. However our mezze platters must be pre-ordered 24 hours ahead.. Coffee /tea and delicious cakes are also
available. Patrons still have the option of bringing own food baskets and drinks. We do not charge any corkage
